the new computer and my laptop. He was very punctual, even a little early. Very personable and professional and didn't lolly-gag around. He asked me what was needed, I told him and he went to work. He wasn't afraid to ask for what he needed. He communicated well with my husband and I and explained things in plain simple English and not in
'tech-speak'.
He works in YOUR home and not out of an office so you don't have to pack up the old computer and haul it to him.
He comes to you. He had the new computer going in no time flat (far quicker than if I had done it).
His prices are fantastic and I highly recommend him. He is very good with clients that have little or no understanding
